Every workday, a 3 to 10 minute screen-record walking through what changed, with a live URL you can scrub at the same time. No standups, no status meetings.

Weeks one and two

Ship and hand off
Day fourteen: deployed to your domain, code pushed to your repo, Playwright sweep recorded as proof. You own the stack. Monument Labs is optional from there.
